About the Retreat
Great Leaders Are Great Communicators.
This is not a traditional English course. The Leadership Communicator is a five-day immersive experience that develops the human skills at the heart of effective leadership — self-awareness, composure, purpose, empathy, and influence — and puts them into practice, in English.
The most respected leadership research points to the same conclusion: what sets strong leaders apart is rarely technical knowledge — it's how they understand themselves, stay steady under pressure, and connect with others. This retreat builds those capacities day by day, so you leave not only speaking better English, but leading and communicating with real presence.
Set in the beautiful countryside outside Buenos Aires, the retreat combines communication workshops, movement-based sessions, guided reflection, practical role-plays, and social evenings — all designed to help you speak up, lead conversations, and carry yourself with confidence.
